Analytical Skills
The STFI bundles its competencies in the testing body. The interdisciplinary working group "Analytic Group" is part of the accredited test centre according to DIN EN ISO 17025 and is responsible for a wide variety of textile analyses. The core competencies of the three-headed team include fibre and quality analysis, damage analysis and complaint processing, as well as surface and structure analysis. The device technology used for this ranges from preparation technology to various microscopes (e.g. digital microscope, SEM, confocal 3D laser scanning microscope) to device technology for chemical-physical analysis (including rheometer, gas chromatography, dynamic differential calorimetry).
Do you need help analysing textiles or do you have specific questions on the subject? The Analytic Group is your contact and will be happy to help you.
