First Trails on Maliwatt by using 100% basalt thread
At STFI first trials on Maliwatt by using 100% basalt thread were performed.
The following parameters were examined:
- Different Basalt threads with different finenesses: 70x2 tex, 110 x 2 tex,
- Different stitching types: pillar stitch, tricot, combination of pillar stitch and tricot,
- Different stitching lengths.
As a result different samples were received and further tests will be implemented.
